SI5335D-B04062-GM Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
