SI5335D-B04060-GMR Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 24 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
