SI5335D-B02458-GMR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
