SI5335D-B02123-GMR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 24 terminations found in the file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
