SI5335C-B08754-GM Overview


It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
