SI5335C-B03629-GM Overview


It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
