SI5335B-B07677-GMR Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
