In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
