SI5335B-B03146-GMR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
