SI5335A-B05621-GM Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
