This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
