SI5335A-B02062-GM Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. This frequency synthesizer features CAN ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V SUPPLY; ALSO OPERATES AT 25MHZ CRYSTAL FREQUENCY to produce better clock signals.
