As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
