SI5335A-B01611-GM Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
