SI5332G-D-GM3 Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 312.5MHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as there are 1.71V~3.63V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator.
