The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 200MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Generator. A member of the MultiSynth? series, this electronic component is made of plastic.
