It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In this case, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
