The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. 333.33MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is estimated by the test statistics. It's compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Generator. There is an electronic part in this series that belongs to the MultiSynth? family.
