This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA. It's compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
