SI5332DD08880-GM3R Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 333.33MHz maximum. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.63V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test.
