As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 333.33MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 1.71V~3.63V available for use with this clock PLL. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA to ensure reliable performance. There are several logic levels in HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
