This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
