As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 333.33MHz maximum. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. As long as you provide 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage, it will work.
