In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. As part of the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. There is a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. This is a clock generator compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock Generator component.
