The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 333.33MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There should be 1.71V~3.63V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. There are several logic levels in HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. Clock Generator is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as.
