SI5332D-D-GM2 Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 1.71V~3.63V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Clock Generator in this case.
