SI5332D-D-GM1 Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 200MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.63V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. It has been classified as a Clock Generator electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. MultiSynth? series electronic parts are used in this part.
