SI5332D-D-AM1R Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock, Crystal, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 2 circuits are implemented. An up to 333.33MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.46V supply voltage provided. The temperature should be set at -40°C~105°C TA to ensure reliable performance. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic.
