SI5332C-D-GM3 Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 333.33MHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There are 1.71V~3.63V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic.
