SI5332C-D-GM2 Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 333.33MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C.
