SI5332B-D-GM2 Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.63V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C.
