This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA. This is a clock generator compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
