The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input.
