SI53323-B-GMR Overview


The clock divider is available in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. Normal operation is limited to 1.25GHz. A total of 16 terminations have been found in it. The supply voltage of 2.5V can be used to achieve high efficiency. As you can see, it is mounted by Surface Mount. Electronic components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer fall into this category. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. Ideally, it should be able to operate from 2.38V~3.63V volts. Surface Mount is placed within the way of this object. There is an output of LVPECL. The 16 pins are used for operation. Basically, it belongs to the same family as the SI53323. There is an embedded device in Clock Drivers containing this circuit clock. In this case, Vsup will be set to 2.63V (decimal). As a general rule, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.38V. The default setting of this field is to output 4. There is a 2.5/3.3V volt supply attached to it. As a result of utilizing this gadget, ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3 V SUPPLY is also available.
