SI53313-B-GM Overview
The clock divider is packaged in a 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad case. Tray is the form in which it is packaged. It has 44 terminations in it, which means that it is terminated. Supply voltages of 1.8V are capable of achieving high efficiency. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it.
