SI5327B-C-GM Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. In it, there are 36 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 808MHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number SI5327. The frequency generator is equipped with 36 pins. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency.
