SI51214-A01AFMR Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 6-WFDFN package is this Clock PLL. Clock, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. It provides a maximum frequency of 133MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.89V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here. It is possible to find its related electronic parts by searching for the base part number SI51214. A 6 pin is available on the clock PLL. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 1.8V as its supply voltage. 2 signal outputs maximi2e the output frequency. The supply current of 3.5mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
