SI51211-A01AFM Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, Clock, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.63V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance. This is a clock generator compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
