SI4133-D-GTR Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator.
