SI4126-F-GMR Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An up to 2.3GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 2.7V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. Clock is designed for clock generator's output. An electrical part such as this one can be classified as a Frequency Synthesizer component. There is an available 28 pin on the clock generators. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. Electronic frequency generator can handle voltages up to 3V. 2 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. To supply this clock PLL, a voltage higher than 3.6V is unacceptable. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 2.7V.
