SI4123-D-GMR Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 28 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.8GHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V for this clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.7V~3.6V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
