SI4122-D-GTR Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. A clock generator's input is called Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V.
