RF modulator operates at 4.9GHz~5.85GHz frequency.The enhanced 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.The package of this RF modulator is Digi-Reel?.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.16 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 270mA.
