In this RF modulator, the frequency is 902MHz~928MHz.With the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.The package of this RF modulator is Digi-Reel?.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 50mA in order to deliver its performance.
