SC50F103VN Overview


Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Bulk package. We have included it in the Bead package for your convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±0.1°C. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~105°C for reliable performance. Providing NTC thermistors with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C facilitates reliable operation. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -40°C for reliability. The NTC thermistors can set a maximum power of 50mW. There is a maximum power dissipation of 50mW for NTC thermistors.
