SC50F103V Overview


A NTC thermistor comes in a Bulk package. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package Bead. NTC thermistors are required to have a resistance tolerance of ±0.1°C in order to function. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~105°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. An NTC thermistor can operate reliably at temperatures as low as -40°C. A NTC thermistor can set a maximum power of 50mW. NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 50mW.
