Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~105°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. Thermistors featuring NTC technology can be operated at temperatures down to -40°C for reliability. It's 30mW power that the NTC thermistors can put out. There is a maximum power dissipation of 30mW for NTC thermistors.
