RHEF050 Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. Packaged in the Bulk, these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. Temperature -40°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 125°C. 2 terminations are present on the PTC thermistor. In the event that the PTC thermistors are operating, they can deliver 30V voltage. For the PTC thermistors, the current requirement is 40A. A DC circuit is comprised of these thermistors, which are rated for 30V. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 900mW. The current of PTC thermistors should not exceed 40A.
