RGEF600-AP Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Box (TB). PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. The PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at a current of 6A. As a result of PTC thermistors producing 2.8W heat, they have been rated as 2.8W. The maximum operating temperature for the thermistors should be 85°C. But the temperature should not be lower than -40°C when the thermistor operates.
