RGEF1400K Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in Radial packages. A Bulk is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -40°C as the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. A PTC thermistor could supply 16V voltage when it is in operation. The PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at a current of 100A. When using PTC thermistors, the current shouldn't exceed 100A.
